Job Summary:
- Perform complex vibration analysis, diagnosing and predicting mechanical problems in machinery, and provide solutions to rectify these problems.
- Review and deliver all reliability reports.
- Maintain all reliability databases (Vibration, Wireless, Lubrication and Ultrasonic) to ensure they are detailed, efficient and effective.
- Oversee and support the day-to-day operations of the reliability group and assist as needed.
Work Performed:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret vibration data and provide recommendations for machinery improvements.
- Review detailed reports of analysis findings and communicate effectively with Vibration analyst and Reliability PM.
- Deliver all reports to clients after they have been reviewed.
- Send out all oil samples for analysis.
- Actively participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment failures related to vibration issues.
- Training and assisting the maintenance team in the correct methodologies for vibration data collection.
- Assist in maintaining onsite vibration routes as needed.
- Regularly monitor and assess equipment condition using vibration analysis techniques.
- Assist with precision maintenance jobs as needed. (Balancing and alignment)
- Work closely with other team members to improve and optimize maintenance strategies.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Category II Vibration Analyst from an ISO accredited institution is required.
- A Level 1 ultrasonics certification is required.
- MLT1 is preferred but not required until 12 months after the start date.
- MLA1 is preferred

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve are a must. This position will report directly to the Operations Manager.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility will be the disassembly, inspection, repair, & assembly of rotating equipment.
- Work hours are day shift with some potential overtime.
- Become a craftsman of a unique trade. We will train!
- We provide detailed quality control procedures.
- Must love working with your hands.

JOB SUMMARY:
Efficiently transport a wide range of items to or from customers in a manner that meets customer requirements. Be responsible for reporting any damages.
WORK PERFORMED:
- Transport and deliver goods in accordance with a schedule, including emergency, rush deliveries or pick-ups that require overtime.
- Pull and load daily shipments-verify to paperwork.
- Verify count and condition of transported items, reporting any damage as applicable.
- Assist in loading and unloading freight as required.
- Safely operate material handling equipment including but not limited to i.e. forklifts.
- Make sure to secure loads properly.
- Assure that loads are within weight limits.
- Operate truck in a safe manner.
- Report any vehicle problems or defects to Supervisor immediately.
- Maintain and schedule service and the upkeep of all vehicles.
- Maintain vehicles in a manner that projects positive company image to customers and the general public.
- Maintain a good driving record.
- Ensure good customer relations by consistently delivering orders on time and by acting in a courteous, professional manner.
SPECIAL SKILLS:
- Ability to deal with customers effectively and promote strong company image. Good communication and rapport skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferred minimum level of education: high school diploma. Skill in safely operating different types of trucks is required.
- Must provide a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Must provide a home phone number.
- Must be able to obtain a CDL license with Class B with no endorsements.
