Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist walk in customers, pull orders, and load customer product.

- Work harmoniously with other employees, giving assistance necessary to satisfy customer’s needs.
- Schedule, track, and coordinate repair processes among departments to ensure timely completion of jobs and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with customers, relative to estimating and delivery of jobs for repair.
- Contact vendors to establish price and availability of replacement parts and/or repair items for customer jobs. Complete purchasing activities via purchase orders.
- Review and maintaining correct Branch physical inventory on a consistent basis.
- Analyze and maintain open order and open quotes reports on a weekly basis.
- Process new product sales, receiving, invoicing, and credits.
- Perform a wide variety of duties related to timely ordering of stock and non-stock products and inter-departmental transfer of items for the Company.
- Monitor all open purchased orders and bring to resolution any outstanding issues.
- Assist in handling purchasing of all shop equipment and supplies. (Such as paint, rewind, bolts, materials, etc.)
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by Branch Manager.

The Sales Representative will sell and market our company’s products and services to new and existing customers within the Siouxland Territory.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of each of the company’s service and product offerings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing Customers in your assigned territory.
- The ability to analyze the customer’s business needs and offering the best product or service solution.
- Introduce new products and services to customers in assigned territory.
- Partner with inside sales staff to follow up on assigned sales leads and quotations.
- Gain a working knowledge of competing products and companies.
- Gain product knowledge through catalogs, sales bulletins, sales meetings, factory schools, and company sponsored training, personal experiences, etc.
- Plan sales activities to meet personal and company long-term objectives by setting weekly, monthly and yearly goals.
- Analyze sales dollars of your territory frequently, using sales summaries that are provided. Review results monthly to determine relative status and adjust sales activities accordingly.
- Manage costs by maintaining accurate records of travel, mileage and sales-related expenses.
- Work with Operations to establish yearly sales budget and goals for the Siouxland Territory.

Qualifications
- Minimum level of education: high school diploma and two years of collect credit or Bachelor’s degree is a plus

- Knowledge/background in either the electrical or mechanical fields is preferred
