Job Summary:  The Business Development Representative role is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential business opportunities to support company growth. This position requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with strong communication and analytical skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Sales to existing House Accounts:  develop and maintain strong relationships with these clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Business Development:  identify and research potential clients and prospects through various channels, including online databases, social media, and industry events.
  • Resurrect Inactive Accounts: understand the specific needs and challenges of potential clients and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Support Marketing Plan for the Company:  support company Marketing Plan to include direct email campaigns and social media.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, contacts, and activities in the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

 

Requirements:        

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

We are looking for a customer service professional that wants to build and grow our customer base.  You’ll be working with a driven team of experts who are making a positive impact, getting results, and doing it within a culture focused on teamwork.

The Inside Sales Representative will support the Sales & Service Team on various tasks such as handling incoming & outgoing customers, estimating & scheduling customer jobs, processing quotations & sales orders, and shipping & receiving of warehouse product.  Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are a must.  This position will report directly to the Operations Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist walk in customers, pull orders, and load customer product.

  • Work harmoniously with other employees, giving assistance necessary to satisfy customer’s needs.
  • Provide support to schedule, track, and coordinate repair processes among departments to ensure timely completion of jobs and customer satisfaction.

  • Contact vendors to establish price and availability of replacement parts and/or repair items for customer jobs. Complete purchasing activities via purchase orders.

JOB SUMMARY:

A Machinist will repair & manufacture various parts of rotating equipment, such as Electric Motors, Pumps, Gearboxes, and Generators.  Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve are a must.  This position will report directly to the Operations Manager.
 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Record all data necessary to produce expected service and/or design results, including sizing and illustrations.
  • Use measuring devices and techniques correctly to assure proper sizing.
  • Perform milling operations such as drilling, tapping, boring, and conventional milling and lathe work.
  • Perform various metalizing (spraying metalizing) techniques as needed.
  • Understand materials and applications as required.
  • Perform various welding operations, including setup and use of MIG, TIG, aluminum torch and stick welders.
  • Use various hand-held and stationary power and non-power tools, including but not limited to:  band saws, hand grinders, files, etc.
  • Lift, tighten, adjust, and/or secure heavy objects to perform work and/or to observe safety precautions.
  • Observe all safety procedures and use proper protective gear.
  • Keep work area neat and clean as directed by supervisor.
  • Assist other shop departments with skilled or non-skilled duties as directed by Operations Manager and Shop Foreman.
  • Perform other skilled or non-skilled duties as directed by supervisor.
     

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience Preferred:
High School Diploma or GED is preferred, but not necessary. Experience in the use of lathes, mills, and cutting tools a must.  Ability to understand mechanical measurements, use of various mechanical measurement tools, and ability to read blueprints is required.

Job Summary:
Perform complex vibration analysis, diagnosing and predicting mechanical problems in machinery, and providing solutions to rectify these problems.

Play crucial role in reducing downtime, increasing productivity, and enhancing the lifespan of machinery.

 

Work Performed:

  • Perform predictive maintenance tasks on equipment including Vibration Analysis (Onsite & Remote Monitoring), Alignment, Balancing, Installation & Removal, Ultrasonic Leak Detection, Oil Analysis, and Thermography.
  • Promote, perform on-site audits, deploy, and monitor our on-line Sentinel Service.
  • Analyze and interpret vibration data and provide recommendations for machinery improvements.
  • Actively participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment failures related to vibration issues.
  • Develop and maintain vibration analysis programs for critical equipment.
  • Training and assisting the maintenance team in the correct methodologies for vibration data collection.
  • Provide detailed reports of analysis findings and communicate effectively with maintenance and operation teams.
  • Regularly monitor and assess equipment condition using vibration analysis techniques.
  • Work closely with other team members to improve and optimize maintenance strategies.


 

Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Category I Vibration Analyst from an ISO accredited institution is required. Category II Certification from an ISO accredited institution is not required but preferred.
  • Proven experience in vibration analysis and condition monitoring.
  • Strong understanding of rotating machinery and equipment.
  • Proficiency in using vibration analysis tools and software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various departments. Knowledge of safe work practices and procedures.
  • Physical fitness to work in industrial environments and to handle testing equipment.
