Position Summary
The EMT Apprentice is an entry-level position designed to provide hands-on training in the repair and maintenance of electromechanical equipment. The role supports experienced technicians and supervisors while gaining practical experience and knowledge in a safety-conscious, quality-driven work environment. This position serves as the foundation for advancement within the electromechanical technician career path.
Key Responsibilities
- Strictly comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
- Follow established quality assurance (QA) standards during repair and inspection tasks.
- Assist with the repair and servicing of customer equipment under supervision.
- Accurately document equipment failures and repair observations.
- Participate in ongoing training and performance development programs.
- Operate specialized repair and testing equipment after proper instruction and under supervision.
- Adhere to all company policies, guidelines, and operational procedures.
Preferred Skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the trade.

The Rewind Apprentice is an entry-level technician responsible for learning and assisting in the disassembly, rewinding, and reassembly of various types of electro-mechanical equipment. This role is designed to provide foundational training and experience in motor rewind processes, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and technical growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Complete required quality assurance procedures for each repair job.
- Assist in rewinding AC/DC motors, coils, armatures, stators, and other electro-mechanical components under supervision.
- Operate specialized equipment for stripping, winding, and testing as trained.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards in all work performed.
- Participate in continued training programs to support technical and professional development.
Preferred Skills
- Strong interest in learning technical trades and precision work.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work within a team.

Full Time Position
$25 - $35 per hour, depending on experience
Position Summary
A Machinist will repair & manufacture various parts of rotating equipment, such as Electric Motors, Pumps, Gearboxes, and Generators. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve are a must. This position will report directly to the Operations Manager. You’ll be working with a driven team of experts who are making a positive impact, getting results, and doing it within a culture focused on teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Record all data necessary to produce expected service and/or design results, including sizing and illustrations.
- Use measuring devices and techniques correctly to assure proper sizing.
- Perform milling operations such as drilling, tapping, boring, and conventional milling and lathe work.
- Perform various metalizing (spraying metalizing) techniques as needed.
- Understand materials and applications as required.
- Perform various welding operations, including setup and use of MIG, TIG, aluminum torch and stick welders.
- Use various hand-held and stationary power and non-power tools, including but not limited to: band saws, hand grinders, files, etc.
- Lift, tighten, adjust, and/or secure heavy objects to perform work and/or to observe safety precautions.
- Observe all safety procedures and use proper protective gear.
- Keep work area neat and clean as directed by supervisor.
- Assist other shop departments with skilled or non-skilled duties as directed by Operations Manager and Shop Foreman.

Experience Preferred:
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred, but not necessary. Experience in the use of lathes, mills, and cutting tools a must. Ability to understand mechanical measurements, use of various mechanical measurement tools, and ability to read blueprints is required.
